A: It fixes VTU Baseball Cup material. In game you see the wrong material, it uses ugly red instead of nice blue and yellow.

Q: Does it fix scaling problem?
A: No, I plan to do it sometime in the future, but it needs a lot of tweaking. I don’t have cap myself, so it’s hard to get correct size

Q: Does it fix world spawn?
A: No and I won’t do it, since it requires editing files that shouldn’t be edited.

Installation:
1. Download and extract the mod to your Fallout 76 Data folder, e.g. \Bethesda.net Launcher\games\Fallout76\Data

2. Add MOD_VTUHat.ba2 to your archive load list in Fallout76Custom.ini

Should work with almost everything. I modified only ghillie_d.dds file
