So this mod add them back by using other skin’s normal map.

How to install
1.Well like other ba2 mods add T60pink_normal.ba2 to your Fallout76Custom.ini (Documents\My Games\Fallout 76)
[Archive] sResourceArchive2List=othermod.ba2……., T60pink_normal.ba2

2.unzip T60pink_normal(loose files).7z and throw textures to Fallout76\Data\
then use baka tool https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout76/mods/9 and install loose file ver
