Changes Magazines and Bobbleheads into balloon clusters. Also works on “Tales from the West Virginia Hills” books and has an option for Delbert’s traditional chitlins recipe.

This is mod is based off of another mod that has some potential that I wanted to add.

The Delbert recipe is the one clipped into the picnic table at Spruce Knob. The Delbert recipe object file is used by A LOT of other notes in the game. I recommend using the file for the Delbert object just when you want to get that recipe. Both of the mod files work on all Bobbleheads and Magazines (Including the Tales from West Virginia books).

The texture file (SoManyBalloonsTextures.ba2) is required by the mod files.
Only use ONE of the mod files at a time, either (SoManyBalloons.ba2) or (SoManyBalloons-D.ba2) (The -D file adds the Delbert mod).
