Installation for the .ba2 method:
Extract the .ba2 file to the Data folder of Fallout 76. It’s usually located here: C:\Bethesda.net Launcher\games\Fallout76\Data
Create or edit the following file: C:\Documents\My Games\Fallout 76\Fallout76Custom.ini
Copy and paste the following three lines into Fallout76Custom.ini:
[Archive] SResourceArchiveList2 = SeventySix – Animations.ba2, SeventySix – EnlightenInteriors.ba2, SeventySix – GeneratedTextures.ba2, SeventySix – EnlightenExteriors01.ba2, SeventySix – EnlightenExteriors02.ba2, SilentScorchedDeaths.ba2
Save the .ini file and you’re good to go.

Installation for the archive 2 method:
You need to have the Fallout 4 Creation Kit installed to make the archive 2 method work! You can easily get it for free from the Bethesda.net Launcher. No worries. You don’t need to buy Fallout 4 to be able to download it.

Run : “..\Fallout 4\Tools\Archive2\Archive2.exe”
Open “..\Fallout 76\data\SeventySix – voices.ba2” (Note that the sound file archive may change if the game is patched.)
Drag the downloaded sound folder into the archive 2 window.
Click on “Save” in the top left corner of the program to save the archive.
Endorse the file if you enjoy the mod!

Note that you’ll probably have to reinstall this mod after every game update if you choose to install it with the archive2 method!
