Punch Clock XP Sound Replacer
Replaces default XP gain sound with the punch clock sound from Camden Park.
Stuck at home and can’t go to work because some bat plague has you on lockdown? Has ridding Appalachia of plague bats become your job? Immerse yourself by punching the clock every time you earn XP!
Replaces the default XP gain sound with the punch clock sound from the Camden Park daily quest. I had to boost the volume level by 600% to make it about the same volume as the default XP sound. It’s audible but not obnoxious.
Installation is easy. Installs like any other .ba2 mod.
Unzip with 7-zip and extract the xpup.ba2 to to your fallout76/Data folder.
Open your fallout76custom.ini file in your “This PC/Documents/My Games/Fallout 76/” folder and add the xpup.ba2 to the archive load list as follows:
[Archive] sResourceArchive2List = xpup.ba2Separate any other .ba2 files in the list by a comma and be sure to follow any load order requirements of other mods.
If you run a lot of mods you may run into a problem with the last mods on
the list not loading due to limitations with how the game loads archive
lists. You can attempt to get around this by shortening the file names
of all the .ba2 files in your list (and making matching changes in the
custom ini file of course). Alternatively you may want to use Archive2
to unpack and repack related mods into a single .ba2 file, or use BAKA
file tool to load them.
Uninstallation is simple, just remove the mod from your custom.ini file load list and it will not load. You may need to do this to play Nuclear Winter mode.
