Replaces the vanilla power armor chassis with a version that stops the “butt plate” stretched texture.

Ever since Fallout 4 I have been annoyed at the weird texture stretching of the chassis armor “butt plate” when crouching in power armor. I feel that its more noticeable while using a dark power armor paint. The darker texture of the chassis is not intended. After extracting the games textures, doing a quick edit, and repackaging this was the end result. So this may not be to everyone’s taste, I consider this mod very niche, and thought I could share in case there was anyone else annoyed at the “butt plate” stretch.
