Fishnet for Female Body
Very simple fishnet texture yet it was not so simple process lol
Originally I wanted to make fishnet with black underwear and pentagram harness.
I made test texture of everything together, but the game just refuses to render black as black for body texture lol
no matter how black I make it will just appear slightly dark gray…
In brighter light it was just awful and Fugly lol
so I scratched my idea and i decided to just put on fishnet since it was the only thing it looked ok.
This is probably why you never see true black underwear texture swap for original human bodies in Fallout series. You probably have to make it as separate wearable underwear witch would be way more complicated process and I didn’t wanna take that route to try it for Fo76 witch may not work at all in the end lol
I might try to add some tattoos in a future, but it will probably look bit faded tattoo… It might look ok but will see…

The Goon Armor uses upper human body texture as part of outfit texture.
Simply I make change in human body texture and it will appear when I wear the armor.
But, here is the catch. Outfits that shows body skin over it may not get rendered upon boot up of the game.
Meaning it might get glitched and not get that part of the skin rendered correctly.
Some outfits are not so noticeable but clearly the skin texture is bad and neck seam is visible.
Raider Goon is probably the famous one for broken texture but this probably happens for any outfit with visible under skin.
When this happens just close the game completely to the desktop and boot the game again. Repeat it until it gets loaded for outfit that you want to get rendered the most lol Meaning not all of them gets loaded at same time. but once it gets loaded up upon launch you can swap servers and it will stays loaded until you quit to desktop.
If it’s loaded skin texture will look good with visible neck seam gone.
Installation
1. Place .ba2 file in Fallout 76’s Data folder.
2. Create Fallout76Custom.ini under Documents/My Games/Fallout 76
3. Open Fallout76Custom.ini and add this line below and save the change.
