CPPR – Classic Power Armor Paintjob Replacer
This mod is a collection of PA skins from Fallout 4, that’s made to replace standard paintjob of your favourite Power Armor suit. As of now no one (or I haven’t heard of them) has found a way to get these paints in game and many people were asking about these paintjobs so I decided to make this mod -)) It replaces the standard paintjob of T-45/T-60/T-51/X-01 with one of the classic paints of your choice.
Version 1.0 contents:
New! Pink paintjob for T-45/T-60/T-51/X-01 (in 4k)
New! Pink paintjob for T-45/T-60/T-51/X-01
New! Jaws paintjob for T-45/T-60/T-51/X-01
New! Flames paintjob for T-45/T-60/T-51/X-01
New! Military paintjob for T-45/T-60/T-51/X-01
New! Winter paintjob for T-45/T-60/T-51
Feel free to leave your suggestions and critique in comments, these are always greatly appreciated! Also, I’m planning to release the rest of paintjobs in 4k in the nearest future -))
Note: Only you will see this retexture in your game, other players will still see the corresponding PA Texture they have in their game, so it’s just for your own aesthetic pleasure and screenshotting purposes.
Installation
1. Download the color scheme you like best.
2. Extract *.ba2 from the archive to your Fallout76 Data folder.
3. Add the following line to the bottom of the [Archive] section in your Fallout76Custom.ini file:
sResourceArchive2List = SeventySix – 00UpdateMain.ba2, SeventySix – 01UpdateMain.ba2, SeventySix – 00UpdateStream.ba2, SeventySix – 01UpdateStream.ba2, SeventySix – 00UpdateTextures.ba2, SeventySix – 01UpdateTextures.ba2, SeventySix – MeshesExtra.ba2, SeventySix – GeneratedMeshes.ba2, SeventySix – 02UpdateMain.ba2, SeventySix – 03UpdateMain.ba2, SeventySix – 02UpdateStream.ba2, SeventySix – 03UpdateStream.ba2, SeventySix – 02UpdateTextures.ba2, SeventySix – 03UpdateTextures.ba2, *.ba2
(* is the name of file you extracted from the archive)
Example: sResourceArchive2List = SeventySix – 00UpdateMain.ba2, SeventySix – 01UpdateMain.ba2, SeventySix – 00UpdateStream.ba2, SeventySix – 01UpdateStream.ba2, SeventySix – 00UpdateTextures.ba2, SeventySix – 01UpdateTextures.ba2, SeventySix – MeshesExtra.ba2, SeventySix – GeneratedMeshes.ba2, SeventySix – 02UpdateMain.ba2, SeventySix – 03UpdateMain.ba2, SeventySix – 02UpdateStream.ba2, SeventySix – 03UpdateStream.ba2, SeventySix – 02UpdateTextures.ba2, SeventySix – 03UpdateTextures.ba2, PAFlames.ba2
Note: If you already have the string that begins with “sResourceArchive2List” in your Fallout76Custom.ini file, then just add “, *.ba2” to the end of that string (without the quotes).
4. Switch your PA paintjob in game to “Standard” and you’ll see the newly installed skin.
NOTE (game version 1.1.2.9): you must have this string: “SeventySix – 00UpdateMain.ba2, SeventySix – 01UpdateMain.ba2, SeventySix – 00UpdateStream.ba2, SeventySix – 01UpdateStream.ba2, SeventySix – 00UpdateTextures.ba2, SeventySix – 01UpdateTextures.ba2, SeventySix – MeshesExtra.ba2, SeventySix – GeneratedMeshes.ba2, SeventySix – 02UpdateMain.ba2, SeventySix – 03UpdateMain.ba2, SeventySix – 02UpdateStream.ba2, SeventySix – 03UpdateStream.ba2, SeventySix – 02UpdateTextures.ba2, SeventySix – 03UpdateTextures.ba2, ” (without quotes ofc) BEFORE my mod filenames in order for this mod to work properly.
Uninstallation
1. Remove *.ba2 file from your Fallout76 Data folder
2. Remove corresponding “, *.ba2” from sResourceArchive2List string of your Fallout76Custom.ini file
