install to (C:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda.net Launcher\games\Fallout76\Data)
add this line:

[Archive]
sResourceIndexFileList=bdmap.ba2

to C:\Users\USER\Documents\My Games\Fallout 76\Fallout76Custom.ini

I reccomend a custom pipboy color and skin as shown in the Pics
