Vanilla(Plus) Vault Suit ReTexture
Simple mod that ‘color corrects’ and adds more detail to the male and female vault suits.
DESCRIPTION
This is a very simple mod aimed at retaining the overall look of the vanilla vault suits while slightly enhancing how they look. The first and most noticeable change is that the blue color has been desaturated and darkened quite a bit, to a much more natural tone. This coloration is based off of the Fallout 3 vault suits, so goodbye baby blue! Second most noticeable change is that all leather has been desaturated and darkened, with creases and wear being brighter and noticeable. The normal maps have also been redone to try and highlight some of the smaller details that the default normal map didn’t. For example, the fabric is much more noticeable, as well as details in the leather. The normal maps still retain their vanilla baked-in details, so no need to worry about the suits looking flat. All in all, this isn’t supposed to be and end all be all ultra 4k HD remaster, this was simply some tweaks I wanted to make to the vault suits, and decided to share.
INSTALLATION
Drag the contents of the mod into your Fallout 76 folder. If you’re a Steam user, your data folder should be located here: C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout 4.
After, install (and/or use) the BakaBaka tool to pack the files to be usable in game.
