Clean Radium Rifle Mod
I’ve always been a fan of the Radium Rifle but hated those dishes and other bits on it. When I saw it return in Fallout 76, I had to get that same feeling again.
This mod removes the dishes and tech parts on the entire rifle. I’ve also replaced the recoil stock with the standard one, so if you prefer the recoil stock, just delete that file from the mod before installing.
INSTALLATION:
I personally prefer Loose Files methods, so I only have it set up like that. To do so, use the Baka File Tool and follow its guide.
BUGS/LIMITATIONS:
Since we don’t have a working version of nifskope for Fallout 76, I cannot alter the mesh of the receiver without causing CTDs on loading the weapon in game. Until then, I’m not sure if I can alter the knobs on the receiver. All the existing edits to the reciever were done using alpha layers, and I will see if the knobs can be put under the same alpha mask.
The glow sight will also be floating. Since we can’t edit aim positions for cameras in Fallout 76, I can’t edit the glow dot. I may be able to replace/build a sight for it, but I can’t guarantee it would be accurate.
