With this small AutoHotKey script, you can launch pause menu by holding down ESC key for 0.3 seconds. Then, the script will do its magic, and automatically press ESC + Z keys with a small cooldown between.

You should decide to use my prepared .exe file or .ahk autohotkey script file. .exe file is prepared with Autohotkey’s own “Convert .ahk to .exe” convertor. If you want to use source code, then you need to install the software from autohotkey.com/download/1.1/ and launch the .ahk script. Both of them will work only when Fallout 76 window is in active state.
